MPLS + SDN + NFV World Congress Public Multi-Vendor Interoperability Test 2018

Paris, April 10-13, 2018

The European Advanced Networking Test Center and Upperside Conferences invite all interested vendors to join our upcoming public multi-vendor interoperability test and showcase at the MPLS + SDN + NFV World Congress 2018.

Together with participants, we will exhibit a tangible, lab-validated network showcasing the latest advances in IP/MPLS, Software Defined Networks (SDN), microwave and mobile network clock synchronization:

  • Ethernet VPNs with focus on end-to-end services and IRB (Integrated routing and bridging)
  • Multicast and segment routing, IPv6 segment routing, segment routing fault management and resiliency
  • Advances in Microwave: MPLS-based services, transport resiliency and bandwidth notification
  • Path Computation Element protocol with focus on Multi-domain controller(s) and paths re-optimizations
  • NETCONF/YANG with standardized models
  • Integration of data center- or uCPE-based NFV services, focusing on DC-to-edge service flows
  • Clock synchronization for LTE and 5G backhaul

The hot staging will be a closed doors fully immersive test event taking place at EANTC’s lab in Berlin, later to be transported and demonstrated live at the Paris conference. Successful results will be published and distributed in a white paper.

EANTC's multi-vendor interoperability showcase is a well established event beneficial for small and large vendors alike. EANTC as an independent party creates an ecosystem to conduct testing in the most advanced application scenarios addressing service providers’ needs. The interoperability hot staging provides a platform for in-depth testing, troubleshooting, code updates, and additional verifications.
